| Interwoven expects more than 1000 attendees at GearUp 2008, which will be held on April 22–24, 2008 at the San Francisco Marriott Hotel. This premier event will feature over 70 breakout sessions, keynotes by world-class industry speakers, Interwoven customers, and leading technology partners. GearUp 2008 will provide you with valuable insight into how to maximize the value of your Interwoven technologies, best practices for implementations, and how to select the right solutions and products. |

| The registration fee includes conference materials and access to all meetings, track sessions, meals, social functions and the gala dinner. The registration fee does not include hotel accommodations; however, you do have the option during this registration process to book accommodations and take advantage of our discounted rates. |

| Early Bird Full Conference Rate: A special Early Bird Full Conference rate of $1195.00 USD per person will apply to registrations submitted on or before March 21, 2008. |

| Regular Full Conference Rate: A Full Conference rate of $1395.00 USD per person will apply to registrations submitted after March 21, 2008. |

| Group Rate: A Group Conference rate of $1095.00 USD per person will apply for three or more registrations from the same company. The registrations must be completed at once. (Total for Three (+): $3285.00 USD) |

| One Day Pass Rate: A special Day Pass rate of $995.00 USD will apply to attend one full day of the conference. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive 100% of your registration refund, please send an email with your cancellation notice by March 11, 2008. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. To request a cancellation or substitution, please contact Ashlyn Donatelli at adonatelli@visionep.com. Please note, cancellations received between March 11, 2008 and April 11, 2008 will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the initial price you paid for the conference. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 11, 2008. |
